Below are the Meditation Options available:

1. Gratitdude Meditation: Gratitude is a high-vibrational place. What you give gratitude toward, you attract more of into your life.

2. Dedication Meditation:This is a form of karma yoga, the yoga of selfless action, and you can be assured that your subject will benefit from your thoughts and prayers.

3. Bring-Your-Own-Mantra Meditation: The things you think are the things you become. In this meditation we will concentrate on a quality that you would like to strengthen within yourself.

4. Vedic-Style Meditation. In the Vedic style of meditation, the mind is focused on a simple mantra.

5. So Hum Meditation: This meditation is over 3,000 years old. A simple but powerful technique, so-hum meditation uses the breath and the repetition of a mantra to quiet the mind and relax the body. This meditation will help take your awareness from a state of constriction to a state of expanded consciousness.

6. Loving-Kindness Meditation Metta is the Pali word for loving kindness. Pali was the language spoken in India during the time of the Buddha. In this traditional metta meditation, loving-kindness is directed toward different categories of people.
