Vinyasa Flow(The 6 human dimensions)

This Holistic Yoga Flow class interweaves body, breath, heart, mind and awareness for a physical experience of each dimension through the use of safe, sound sequencing, clear alignment cues, storytelling, inspiring quotes, small doses of science, yoga philosophy, subtle anatomy and pranayama to help you fully embody each dimension.

Yin Yoga

In these thematic yin practices. I will take you on a transformative journey. Holding deep stretches for about 3 to 5 minutes each. We’ll enjoy releasing physical tension and bringing a healing energy into the body’s fascial matrix. Over the course of our yin sessions, prepare to find the freedom of space in the body, mind and heart.
